Agencies Upkeep Legal rights means Servicing Rights of Borrower with respect to Mortgage Financings that are subject to an Agency MBS or are owned by or administered by an Agency.
Standard means an event, condition or default that, with the giving of notice, the passage of time, or both, would constitute an Event of Default.
